"The kids?" Huo Siqian chuckled, "Why would I give her the chance to touch the kids." 1

"You're saying…" 

"She can't be kept alive," Huo Siqian said directly. 

Ah-Cheng's facial expression changed out of surprise. "Boss… You mean… once things are done…" He continued, as he made a killing gesture across his own neck with his hand. 

Huo Siqian just smiled at him without saying anything. 

By the time Qin Chu arrived home, it was already late. He had secretly visited Gao Ran to ask about Su Yu's incident. 

The clock had just struck eleven o'clock, and Huo Mian had already gone to sleep. 

Perhaps because she was pregnant again, she felt more sleepy than usual and didn't even notice Qin Chu coming back. 

Qin Chu wrapped around Huo Mian from behind after returning to the bedroom, a warm sensation trickled down his heart. 

The bedroom was bugged to transmit sound, but not actions. Just by hugging Huo Mian, Qin Chu couldn't help himself and began kissing her. The smell of her body had always been a huge temptation to him, and without much thought, he lifted his hand to strip Huo Mian of her slip dress. 

"Honey…" Huo Mian woke up slightly and called out. Immediately, Qin Chu gestured a shushing motion to remind her of the wires. 

Huo Mian understood immediately and asked deliberately, "Why are you back so late?" 

"Didn't you just come back because you've been busy with Su Yu's incident? What right do you have to call me out?" 

"I don't want to fight with you, go sleep in the reading room," Huo Mian said. 

"Fine. If you'd like to be alone, suit yourself." Qin Chu took a pillow and left, while Huo Mian followed him closely into the study room. 

Just as Qin Chu entered the study room, Huo Mian slipped in as well. 

"So very courageous of you, aren't you afraid that the little spy will see you?" Qin Chu smiled. 

"Cai Yue took the day off. Don't worry, she's not home." Still half asleep, Huo Mian sat on Qin Chu's lap and wrapped her arms around his neck.

Sloppily, she gave Qin Chu's forehead a big wet kiss full of saliva. But, Qin Chu didn't even fret it. 

"Did I wake you up? You looked like you were sleeping very well." 

"Yeah, I was. But, if I didn't wake up in time, I would have been raped by a certain someone." Huo Mian smiled. 

"Rape? We are legally married, it's called making love, okay?" 

"That's called taking advantage of people, okay? You kept touching me while I was asleep, are you sure you weren't trying something?" 

"Honey, I wasn't trying anything, I was just feeling hungry." Qin Chu smirked. 

"You perv!" Huo Mian's cheeks flushed as she understood Qin Chu immediately. 

"Honey, I want it." Qin Chu licked his dry lip as lust danced around his eyes. 

"Can't do." 

"Why? Did Aunt Flow pay you a visit? I don't think it's time yet." Qin Chu had always remembered her time of the month even better than herself. 

"Nope, it's not because of my period." 

"Then why?"

"Because… Well, I can't tell you right now, but I promise I will tell you later! So, don't ask me anymore for now," Huo Mian said in a childish voice as she rested her head on Qin Chu's shoulders. 

"Fine, fine, fine, no more questions. But, permission to hug?" 

"Permission granted." 

"Permission to kiss?" Qin Chu's lip found hers. 

"Mmm, granted," Huo Mian answered absentmindedly. 

"Mmmm, permission to touch?" Qin Chu slipped his hand down in a smooth manner.
