The four continued to fight.

In the cockpit, Huo Mian had finished making tens of dumplings. 

She had often helped out her mother when she was a child so she was adept at making dumplings. What made it even special was that she was wrapping dumplings for her beloved family so she was able to make it even better than she normally could.

Qin Chu simply watched on the side and sometimes he would chat with the Professor. The Professor was very fond of this son-in-law. 

On the other hand, Huo Mian and Lu Yan had a nice conversation too.

"So Yan, you made Qiao Fei to be with a person that looks like you in Las Vegas?"

"Yup. Only that way would Ian believe I'm there."

"What if Ian hurts Qiao Fei and your substitute?" Huo Mian asked worriedly.

"Don't worry, Sis. Las Vegas is the American mafia's territory. Those American mafia aren't a force to be reckoned with. Ian's not stupid. Even if he wants to hurt Qiao Fei, he would have to wait till they leave the casino. Ian can't fire in the casino."

"Did Qiao Fei agree?" Huo Mian was dumbfounded by this idea.

"He was very against this idea at first but I seduced him…" Lu Yan couldn't help but laugh when she thought about this.

Qiao Fei really did spoil her and love her. He knew that Lu Yan wanted to celebrate her older sister's birthday with her so even though he was unwilling, he went to Las Vegas with Lu Yan's substitute.

"Qiao Fei really is a good guy. You shouldn't be so mean…"

"Sis, you got to understand that if I'm not mean, then I'm not Lu Yan."

"Yan, did you say that Ian had surveillance cameras all over the ship?"

"Yeah, he's a huge stalker."

"Don't worry. I've hacked it. The moment Dad and I stepped foot on this ship, he can only see the things we want him to see."

The two sisters giggled and laughed cheerfully.

The Professor watched them on the side and his eyes were filled with love.

He had imagined such blissful moments many times.

His two daughters were now adults. They were having a peaceful moment. They would chat and tease each other.

If Lin Ya was here, then it would be perfect.

However, the thought of Lin Ya brought a sense of sadness to the Professor's heart.

Just then, Lu Yan heard a message from her headphones.

She listened attentively. Then she said with a serious face, "Sis, how long does it take to cook the dumplings."

"At least 15 minutes."

"Okay, that's good enough."

Then, Lu Yan put a mask and a cap on and walked out.

"Yan, where are you going?"

"To clear some trash."

Before Huo Mian could ask for more details, Lu Yan had opened the cockpit door and left with rapid speed.

"Dad…"

"She'll be fine. Just keep cooking the dumplings. Before they're done, she'll be back." The Professor knew Lu Yan well so he wasn't worried at all.

"Honey, should you go help out?" Huo Mian was still worried.

"If Lu Yan can't solve it, then I won't either," Qin Chu said with a smile and gently pinched Huo Mian's cheek.

When Lu Yan arrived, the situation was terrible.

An, Su Yu, and Gao Ran were all hurt.

Huo Siqian was also holding a strange weapon that looked like a bamboo tube. It was no ordinary bamboo tube. Instead, it could spiral out sharp wire ropes.
