"Dr. Xi, I'll be right there."1

Zhixin hung up the phone after she finished speaking. She quickly picked up the documents and walked to Xi Shenyuan's table.

She stood in front of Xi Shenyuan's table.

"Hello, Dr. Xi."

She greeted Xi Shenyuan neither servile nor overbearing. Her attitude was very distant and very formal. "I'm sorry. I didn't think it would be you."

Xi Shenyuan folded his legs and sat there lazily. His deep eyes fell on Zhixin's extremely calm face and he explained indifferently, "I also knew about this half an hour ago."

Zhixin smiled and pushed the information in her hands to Xi Shenyuan. She went straight to the point and asked him, "Dr. Xi, do you have any specific requirements for your house design? You can take a look. These are all the blueprints. If you have anything you like, you can tell me."

Xi Shenyuan raised his eyes and did not look at the documents that she had sent over. "I'm hungry. Let's eat first."

Zhixin was stunned for half a second and smiled in relief. She put away the documents in her hands. "I'm sorry. I was rude."

Actually, she usually did not do this. Usually when she was discussing plans with clients, she would always remember to make small talk. She would say something that the customers liked to hear and then slowly get to the main topic. However, she could not do it with Xi Shenyuan. She just wanted to get to the main topic and end the meeting as soon as possible.

"Waiter!"

Xi Shenyuan called for the waiter. "I want to order something."

Soon, the waiter brought the menu up. The two of them each had a menu. Zhixin took the menu but did not order anything. Xi Shenyuan did not pretend to be polite. He started to order, "Red wine beef, vegetable chicken skewers, small potatoes with gravy, French cream vegetable flower soup, and a cinnamon red wine to cook apples."

He finished ordering quickly and elegantly. He put away the menu and handed it to the waiter. From the beginning to the end, he did not ask Zhixin for any opinions.

"Mr. Xi, you ordered so much. Can the two of us finish it?" Finally, Zhixin raised her objection. It was due to her thrifty nature.

Xi Shenyuan only looked up and ignored her objection.

Zhixin obediently shut her mouth.

Soon, the dishes were served. The overflowing fragrance stirred her heart and made her feel hungry. She picked up the chopsticks and wanted to start eating, but saw that Xi Shenyuan had no intention of starting eating. She could not help but ask him, "Aren't you hungry? Why aren't you eating?"

"I don't want to eat for now. You can eat first."

He calmly replied, then looked out the window and no longer spoke.
